Process: Washed
Sensory description: Soft, balanced, aromatic, very nice. Notes of caramel and honey.
Varieties:Bourbon, Caturra, Catuai, Pache
Altitude: 1.600 - 2.200m
Sustainability: Ecological and shaded cultivation. Both techniques favor carbon retention, soil fertility and biodiversity.
