Chiapas Decaffeinated Specialty Coffee
The coffee from the Santa Fé farm in Chiapas is an old acquaintance, we had it years ago and we liked it very much, and so did our clients. In the last decaffeinated coffee tasting we did, it was the one we liked the most, so we have it again. In the photos you can see how it is grown in the shade, this is important to have a slow development, so that the precursors of the aromas are formed and for our planet.
