He has been in the sector for more than 15 years and another 5 years training and specializing in world-renowned centers such as the SCA (Speciality Coffee Association), BH (Barista Hustle) and the CQI (Coffee Quality Institute).
Mundo Novo is a coffee variety that is born from the natural crossing between two varieties (Típica-Sumatra and Red Bourbon) and that was found in Sao Paulo, Brazil, in 1940 by the Campinase Agronomic Institute.
In addition, it is a different way of understanding Specialty Coffee. It is the perfect reason to discover special flavors and help improve the development of each part of the coffee family.
