From the FINCAMIGOS farm in Jardín, Antioquía, Alejandra Ángel has been producing this naturally processed Tabi since 2018.
A coffee with anaerobic fermentation for 72 hours and a mixed drying between sunlight and mechanical drying for 20 days.
We only have 25kg of this batch and it will be presented in 250g bags of grain or ground while stocks last.
