Coffees imported directly from the highlands of the Colombian coffee region, known for their excellence in cup coffee.
Country of Origin
The community of La Soledad is located on a slope of the Sierra de Chiapas, its lands are rich in nutrients and minerals due to its volcanic composition.
The producers work the land from which they get the micro lots, most of the time being a mixture of coffee trees of the bourbon and typical variety. They only have many of these lands in usufruct to be able to work them.
In order to get their few coffee bags, they must resort to pack mules that support 2 bags per trip (92 kilos), and that carry them through mountain roads during a trip of approximately 2 hours to the site near the road. where they pay a rent in a "warehouse" while they complete the load to be able to hire the truck.
