Black Honey Process
Explore the Black Honey process at Tres Milagros farm, where excellence is the norm. Cherries, with over 22° Brix, are soaked in water for 2 hours and pulped leaving 85% mucilage. After sun-drying on African beds for 22-24 days, the coffee is stabilized in a warehouse for 16 days and stored in Grain-Pro sacks. Each batch is cupped, guaranteeing the quality and uniqueness of each cup.
Finca Tres Milagros, Costa Rica
