More about this Brazilian coffee

This specialty coffee comes from the Santa Cecilia farm, part of the Veloso Coffee group, a company with more than four decades of experience in coffee production in Brazil. Founded on values such as commitment, transparency, and innovation, the company has grown with a sustainable and humane vision, integrating new technologies without losing the essence of family work and the knowledge passed down from generation to generation.

Located in Carmo do Paranaíba, in the renowned Cerrado Mineiro region of Minas Gerais, Santa Cecilia benefits from an altitude of 1,061 meters above sea level and an ideal climate, with well-defined seasons that favor bean ripening. In 2018, Veloso Coffee reached a production of 150,000 bags, consolidating its position as one of the largest coffee producers in the country. This farm represents the fusion of tradition, technology, and socio-environmental responsibility, offering consistent, traceable, and high-quality coffees.

Roasted with precision and expertise, this coffee has been carefully crafted to highlight its unique qualities as an espresso. Its roast achieves an exquisite balance between sweetness, body, and low acidity, revealing rich and complex nuances that stand out both on their own and in combination with milk.

Each cup is a journey to the roots of Brazil and a celebration of the authentic flavor of specialty coffee!

Natural Process

Discover the natural process that elevates the cherries to new heights of quality. From the meticulous harvesting of cherries with over 22° Brix to the 4-hour soak in water, every step is carefully considered. Sun-dried on African coffee beds for 23 days, the coffee reveals its true character. After 12 days of final stabilization in a warehouse, each bean is stored in pro-grain sacks to preserve its excellence. Finally, the lots are precisely cupped, ensuring a sublime experience with every sip.

Variety - IPR 100 & Red Catuaí

The IPR 100 and Red Catuaí varieties are both developed to offer high productivity and excellent cup quality, adapted to the growing conditions of Brazil. Their cultivation represents a commitment to consistency, genetic innovation, and continuous improvement, focused on preserving the balance between agronomic performance and sensory expression.
