This coffee honors the mothers of all coffee growers in the Mexican region of Chiapas, for whom they always reserve the best of the crops. The yellow fruit flavors are the protagonists in each cup, always with a characteristic touch of spices that is so loved by these important Mexican women.
The method used to decaffeinate the beans is a natural process by immersing coffee in water tanks in order to extract caffeine. The water with which the process is carried out contains the soluble components of the coffee beans, which retain the flavor elements, so during the extraction of the caffeine the beans maintain their original components. To separate caffeine from water containing soluble components, it passes through a special filter which removes caffeine. As a result of this process we obtain coffee beans that are 99.9% caffeine free. Once the decaffeination process is over, the beans are dried and packed in bags for export
