Dark chocolate, dark caramel, toasted almonds and yellow plum. We unite the body that our Brazilian coffee gives us, together with the high high intensity of our Colombian coffee and the citric acidity of the Ethiopian coffee, obtaining a coffee with a round, intense body and with a clean and prolonged finish
Our coffee is grown in one of the best areas of each country such as the Sidamo area in Ethiopia, the Mundo Novo area in the case of Brazil and the Huila area in Colombia.
The harvest height in Colombia and Brazil is over 1,100m and 1,200m and in the case of Ethiopia we can reach up to 2,000m altitude. The drying processes vary depending on the Country, in Colombia and Ethiopia they use the washing process and in Brazil they use the natural process.
We made a medium-high roast, in order to get the best out of each grain and to produce a coffee for the most demanding first thing in the morning.
